I know that I am very late with this but I do want to thank you for all you have done, once again, to help Aunt Joy and Barbara and myself. I certainly picked a real winner when I first found you and asked for your assistance with the Hawthorne land. Your professional abilities are outstanding and you are a real credit to your profession. Understanding the time constraints and pressure that Barbara and I were under with respect to the sale of the house and your response really could not have been more helpful for us. Thank you so much.

Barbara and I would again like to extend an invitation to visit us if you ever have the opportunity to visit San Antonio. We could show you the sights around the area and hopefully provide an enjoyable vacation. Besides the Alamo and other sights we would even take you “Boot Scoot’n”. You really should come and join us when you can. We could also introduce you to our Century 21 agent out here, Jim Shaw, through whom we bought our land and rental properties. He could give you a background on the realty market in this area. Would that make it a write off business trip? An interesting thought maybe.
